Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be an integral member of the Total Rewards team, primarily responsible for managing the full lifecycle of grants and funding programmes while supporting our broader compensation and benefits initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Grants Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of grants and funding programmes, from application to reporting, ensuring seamless administration, timely claims submission, and compliance-driven disbursement
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful grant outcomes and stay updated on regulatory requirements
  • Data-Driven Insights: Develop and present comprehensive analytics and reports to inform both grants management and broader Total Rewards strategies
  • Survey & Reporting Excellence: Direct the completion of all surveys and ensure timely, accurate responses to data requests, maintaining high standards of compliance and data integrity
  • HR Project Support: Contribute to strategic ad-hoc HR projects and provide vital support for annual HR activities, including benefits administration, performance evaluations, and compensation reviews
  • Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, reviewing and refining HR policies and processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall team performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of HR experience, with specialization in compensation and benefits; grant administration experience is preferred
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Singapore's healthcare/community care sector and funding schemes is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace collaborative tools and Excel
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work, work under tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
