The opportunity

Join our Talent Acquisition and Attraction team, where you will play a pivotal role in building strategic relationships with leaders and teams across our complex business.

Your key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for at least one Service Line, ensuring effective and timely recruitment.
• Execute talent acquisition strategies using various sourcing techniques, acting as a subject matter expert and guide to Service Line leaders. Develop strategic sourcing solutions to attract and acquire high-quality candidates.
• Manage client relationships with various stakeholders to understand their business goals and anticipate their talent needs.
• Perform the full life-cycle recruitment process when required, ensuring adherence to global operating procedures and best practice principles.
• Take the initiative to engage qualified candidates for current or future opportunities.
• Ensure a strong, positive experience for both stakeholders and candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Relationship management and networking are critical components for success in this role.
• Participate in recruitment events and career fairs.
• Provide timely reports and analytics to the leadership team, flagging risks and delays in advance.

To qualify for the role you must have

• 3 to 7 years of recruitment experience.

• Strong time management abilities.
• Proven track record of successfully filling roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

• Experience in developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
