Job Description

You will support the organisation in achieving its purpose, mission and goals through your participation and contribution in strategic projects, improvement initiatives and corporate support roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the CEO's Office in project management, management reporting and secretariat roles
  • Work closely with various divisions in NTUC Health on projects and results tracking
  • Work with partners and divisions to develop and implement frameworks, workflows and processes
  • Prepare proposals, presentation slides and financial calculations as required
  • Manage meeting agendas, take notes of meetings and follow up on outstanding items
  • Manage AI database
  • Provide events and administrative support as needed

  • Highly tech savvy and able to learn and use various IT systems and software

  • Strong in use of Google Suite - Docs, Slides, Sheets, Drive and GMail
  • Meticulous and reliable

Qualifications

  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • At least 4 to 6 years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience in corporate planning or management secretariat support preferred
  • Prior experience in health or community care will be an advantage
