Royal Bank of Canada in Singapore seeks an Assistant Relationship Manager to support the Relationship Manager in managing a private banking client portfolio. You will handle client requests, trade processing, and KYC documentation, while assisting with client meetings and market updates.

The role requires a degree and 8+ years of experience in private banking, plus CACS Paper 1 & 2, with strong communication and client servicing skills. Knowledge of Avaloq, Bloomberg, and Reuters is advantageous.

Competenze

• Must have a university degree or equivalent qualification.
• 8+ years of Assistant Relationship Manager experience in private banking.
• CACS Paper 1 and 2 completed.
• Excellent communication and client servicing skills.
• Team player with a proactive mindset.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, especially in wealth management.
• Advanced Bloomberg and Reuters familiarity.
• Avaloq system knowledge is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support RM in admin services for high-visibility or complex clients.
• Provide updated market information to clients and handle requests.
• Process trades and respond to operational inquiries from clients.
• Assist in client/prospect communications and seminar activities.
• Prepare documentation for account openings, KYC, and risk profiling.
• Coordinate with internal partners on trade processing, settlement, and remittance.
• Uphold RBC policies and control environments to mitigate risk.
• Follow group and local policies and participate in BM projects.
• Escalate client and risk issues to Team Head as needed.
• Support RM travel, client meetings, and ad-hoc projects.
