Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Senior Associate, Project Management to lead multiple high-impact projects across its Buildings practice in Asia Pacific. You will guide planning, execution, and delivery while aligning with strategic objectives and Ramboll's values.

This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to manage budgets, risks, and stakeholders across complex engineering initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil & structural engineering (preferred master’s or PMP).
• 10+ years of project management experience with 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record managing large-scale engineering/architecture projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; proficient in PM software.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments; strong analytical/problem-solving.

• Leadership and Strategy: Develop project management strategies and provide leadership in planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
• Project Oversight: Manage the entire project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure expectations are met and risks are managed proactively.
• Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets. Allocate resources effectively to optimize outcomes.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle and develop contingency plans.
• Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management; maintain thorough documentation.

Job Overview:

As a Senior Associate, Project Management at Ramboll, you will lead and oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with our strategic objectives. Your role requires a blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and technical expertise to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil & structural engineering, or related field. A master’s degree or PMP certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale projects in engineering, architecture, or consultancy sectors.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
