The Global Finance & Technology Network (GFTN) is a not-for-profit organisation that engages with leaders from government, businesses, academia, and civil society to harness technology and foster international collaborations with our global members for more efficient, resilient and inclusive financial ecosystems. GFTN organises convening forums, offers advisory services on innovation ecosystems, provides access to transformative digital platforms, and invests in technology startups with the potential for growth and positive social impact through its venture fund.

We are seeking a Senior Associate, Marketing to execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in website management (HubSpot), social media content management, and data analytics, using insights to refine strategies and enhance campaign performance.

Contract Period: immediate - 6 months

Job Description

  • Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule organic social media content across key platforms. Monitor engagement and provide insights to optimize content strategy.
  • Landing Pages & Website Updates: Create and maintain landing pages, update website content, and enhance UI/UX using HubSpot.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyse campaign performance, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report campaign metrics and registration data insights to measure effectiveness and inform strategy.
  • Tech & Trends: Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices to improve performance.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with some agency experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights and reports and make data-driven recommendations and decisions.
  • High proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Looker Studio (Google data studio) and SEMrush.
  • Experience with CRM systems and working with audience/user data, segmentation and personas is preferred.
  • Proactive and creative mindset, constantly seeking innovative solutions to drive results.
  • Experience in video content creation/editing for social media using tools such as Descript /CapCut or similar platforms.
  • Experience with HubSpot, event marketing or Financial Services/ Fintech is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads or search ad campaignsis a bonus but not essential.
