About the Role

We are seeking a motivated professional to support our Workplace & Facilities Management function. In this role, you will assist in implementing strategies to create an efficient, sustainable, and productive workplace environment whilst supporting operational excellence through effective management of integrated facilities services[What you will be working on]Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Facilities Management

  • Support the management of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract, including vendor relationship management and service level compliance monitoring
  • Assist in executing facilities management strategies aligned with organisational goals
  • Support daily facilities operations, including preventive maintenance programmes and improvement works
  • Implementing standard operating procedures for workplace efficiency
Workplace Projects
  • Support workplace enhancement initiatives, including space optimisation, capacity planning, and office renovations
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Assist in implementing solutions to enhance workplace experience
  • Support the execution of workplace wellness programmes and sustainability initiatives
  • Help manage flexible workplace arrangements
Lease Management
  • Assist in lease administration for office premises, including renewals and amendments
  • Coordinate with landlords and stakeholders on tenancy matters and fit-out works
  • Monitor lease expenses, service charges, and utility costs
Business Resilience
  • Support regular reviews and updates of Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
  • Maintain emergency contact lists and response protocols
  • Support business impact analysis and risk assessments
  • Document incident reports and identify improvement areas
  • Maintain pandemic preparedness measures
Workplace Safety & Health
  • Support workplace safety and health initiatives
  • Assist in safety inspections and risk assessments
  • Coordinate with Fire Safety Manager on fire safety and emergency response drills
  • Monitor security systems and access control measures
  • Help maintain safety documentation and permits
  • Support incident reporting and investigation processes
  • Plan and implement workplace health programmes
[What we are looking for]To meet the challenges of this role, you must have/be:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Good attention to detail
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in Singapore government agencies or statutory boards
  • Background in HR and Organisational Development
  • Understanding of workplace safety, security and health requirements
