Job description

As a Senior Associate of HR Systems, you will report to the Assistant Manager, HR Systems.


You will play an important role as part of the HR System Transformation Project in driving service excellence, assisting in the delivery and support of efficient internal processes and ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience across the entire employee life cycle. You will support various teams by handling HR Shared Service related inquiries and providing timely assistance. Additionally, you will collaborate with different departments and contribute to improving overall employee satisfaction with HR services.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with team members and other stakeholders to understand Business Requirements and translate them to Functional Requirements.
  • Participate in process design workshops and develop detailed workflows, defining roles and responsibilities at each step and identifying automation opportunities.
  • Manage and ensure seamless data migration and cleanup to the new HR System, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data maintenance.
  • Lead and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integration, and payroll testing to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Support in all System BAU questions and issues.
  • Develop system documentation and user guides such as detailed guides on process workflow and documentation of configuration and step-by-step instructions for end users in initiating the move to Employee and Manager Self Service.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of project change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and effective implementation of new processes, technologies, or organizational changes.
  • Support the immediate manager on other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Human Resource.
  • 4 - 5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Able to manage high volumes, work under tight timelines, and respond positively to changing priorities.
  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail, able to handle large volumes of data on spreadsheets with due care.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace collaborative tools and Excel.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • Take initiative to propose solutions to work issues.
  • Experience in HR Shared Services environment and SuccessFactors system is an added advantage.
