Job summary

HSBC Singapore invites applications for the role of Senior Associate, Global Corporates - Client Coverage. You will support a Senior Banker in managing and deepening relationships within a client portfolio, understanding client business, industry and market dynamics.

You will work with product partners and bankers across the network to execute client strategy, deliver seamless service, assess credit and capital proposals, and help protect the bank from financial crime while growing sustainable,

• Relevant experience in client coverage or corporate Banking roles. Experience driving multi-jurisdictional relationships will be advantageous
• Knowledge of Corporate Banking Products and solutions; with credit skills.
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Banker in managing and deepening relationships within a portfolio of clients, by developing understanding of clients' business, industry and market dynamics
• Execute client strategy and account plan in partnership with product partners and bankers across the network to achieve sustainable growth and high returning client portfolio
• Work in partnership with partners and functional teams to drive a seamless delivery of one HSBC to our clients, including implementation, onboarding, documentation, and balancing optimal outcome for the bank and client.
• Undertake analysis and preparation of credit, capital management proposals and pitches as appropriately for specific business or client need
• Act as the First line of Defence to protect HSBC against Financial Crime Risk, and to ensure credit risk arising from the relationship with the clients is proactively managed at all times

In this role you will:

To be successful you will need:

The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting.
