Job description

You will provide general administrative, operational and logistics support to the department to ensure the smooth and effective running of operations.

You will support the engagement of Community and General Practitioner partners by coordinating and supporting senior management at working level meetings, engagement sessions, forums, focus-group discussion and conferences involving the SingHealth stakeholders across the HQ and site teams. You will assist to develop various tracking and monitoring templates to support the RHS operations function in efficient planning and implementation of population health initiatives.

You will also assist to survey partners/residents/patients on their satisfaction for projects run by RHS and support interns to ensure smooth delivery of RHS programmes as well as collate data for analysis.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline or equivalent with at least 2 years of working experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good organising and coordinating skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous and resourceful
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
