Overview

The upcoming Eastern General Hospital (EGH) seeks to provide excellent healthcare and promote healing that is centred around each person. We are seeking a dynamic individual to participate and prepare Patient Financial Services operational processes for EGH's opening, including collaborating and working with other institutions. The operational processes encompass of billing operations, financial management, claims processing, administrative functions and system support. You will assist the Supervisor in developing and maintaining work instructions and training content, while documenting and sharing best practices and process improvements.

Responsibilities

You will participate in the IT systems implementation and User Acceptance Testing (“UAT”) for IT systems. Additionally, you will provide secretariat and administrative support for the workgroups and department as required.

Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with m inimum 4 years working experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong team player with excellent planning, highly motivated and target-focused
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and a growing organisation
