About the Role

As a Senior / Associate Executive, you will be reporting to Event Support, Telecom & ROF Services Lead to oversee a team to provide day-to-day operations and administrative support for Event Support and Audio-Visual (AV) systems.

Some Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage contracts related to AV services and vendors

  • Coordinate the setup of venues and managing overall logistics

  • Operate and troubleshoot AV equipment as well as providing live technical support during events

  • Manage an inventory of AV equipment as well as maintaining its condition

  • Be the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of events

  • Manage Facility Reservation System to ensure users’ requirements are met in terms of granting approvals, liaising on facility, rental/manpower rates etc.

  • Assist Service Lead with tracking of Key Performance Indicators, event support income, expenses and budget planning

Job Requirements

  • Minimum a Diploma in Audio-Visual (AV) Technology, Infocomm Technology or related discipline

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Healthcare Industry

  • Knowledgeable of AV system design concepts, projectors, sound systems, computer hardware and Windows Operating System

  • Basic knowledge in Creston and Extron product is an added advantage

  • Possess strong administrative, problem-solving, written and communication skills

  • Event coordinating skills is an added advantage

  • Able to commit to staying after office hours or on weekends/public holidays to support events when required
