About the Role
As a Senior / Associate Executive, you will be reporting to Event Support, Telecom & ROF Services Lead to oversee a team to provide day-to-day operations and administrative support for Event Support and Audio-Visual (AV) systems.
Some Key Responsibilities Include:
Manage contracts related to AV services and vendors
Coordinate the setup of venues and managing overall logistics
Operate and troubleshoot AV equipment as well as providing live technical support during events
Manage an inventory of AV equipment as well as maintaining its condition
Be the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of events
Manage Facility Reservation System to ensure users’ requirements are met in terms of granting approvals, liaising on facility, rental/manpower rates etc.
Assist Service Lead with tracking of Key Performance Indicators, event support income, expenses and budget planning
Job Requirements
Minimum a Diploma in Audio-Visual (AV) Technology, Infocomm Technology or related discipline
At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Healthcare Industry
Knowledgeable of AV system design concepts, projectors, sound systems, computer hardware and Windows Operating System
Basic knowledge in Creston and Extron product is an added advantage
Possess strong administrative, problem-solving, written and communication skills
Event coordinating skills is an added advantage
Able to commit to staying after office hours or on weekends/public holidays to support events when required
