About the Role

As a Senior / Associate Executive, you will provide office administrative and secretarial support to the Nursing Admin department. You will assist in the planning, organizing and coordinating of all administrative and operational activities.

Some Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting coordination and recording of minutes
  • Processing of purchase requests for consumables and equipment
  • Organize conferences, symposium, etc; as well as other training related matters for the department
  • Perform other administrative duties that may be assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in secretarial support
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
