An established industry player is seeking an HR Services Specialist to enhance their onboarding and administrative processes. This role involves collaborating with HR Business Partners to facilitate new hire onboarding, maintaining accurate staff records, and managing payroll submissions. Job Responsibilities
Be the onboarding specialist in partnering with HR Business partner to prepare Letter of Offers, and onboard new hire upon offer acceptance process.
Administer new hire onboarding and off-barding activities for staff by creating and maintaining records in the system.
Update records on staff life cycle changes including leave administration, personnel data record changes.
Responsible to process assigned portfolios on staff medical bills and staff claims and to ensure timely submission for payment to Healthcare Service providers.
Work closely with internal stakeholders on payroll submission, WICA matters and insurance claims.
Perform MOM work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
Attend to staff queries in relations to HR benefits, guidelines and policies
Maintain filling documentation for bills, HR related forms, eP-files from time to time.
Support in submissions of reports as and when required.
Work on ad-hoc projects assigned by Team Manager.
Requirements
Possess min. a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/HR Management with 3 years of relevant experience in HR Services function.
Familiar with MOM work pass applications and regulations.
Proficient in MS Office and ability to adapt to systems.
Work experience in SAP HRIS or Successfactor would be an added advantage.
Meticulous, well-organized and able to multitask in a fast paced working environment, not compromising data accuracy and quality.
A team player with positive attitude, willing to learn and proactive in fulfilling work assigned.
