Job description

Be the Center of Excellence in providing end to end suport

Job Responsibilities

  • Be the onboarding specialist in partnering with HR Business partner to prepare Letter of Offers, and onboard new hire upon offer acceptance process.

  • Administer new hire onboarding and off-barding activities for staff by creating and maintaining records in the system.

  • Update records on staff life cycle changes including leave administration, personnel data record changes.

  • Responsible to process assigned portfolios on staff medical bills and staff claims and to ensure timely submission for payment to Healthcare Service providers.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders on payroll submission, WICA matters and insurance claims.

  • Perform MOM work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.

  • Attend to staff queries in relations to HR benefits, guidelines and policies

  • Maintain filling documentation for bills, HR related forms, eP-files from time to time.

  • Support in submissions of reports as and when required.

  • Work on ad-hoc projects assigned by Team Manager.

Requirements

  • Possess min. a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/HR Management with 3 years of relevant experience in HR Services function.

  • Familiar with MOM work pass applications and regulations.

  • Proficient in MS Office and ability to adapt to systems.

  • Work experience in SAP HRIS or Successfactor would be an added advantage.

  • Meticulous, well-organized and able to multitask in a fast paced working environment, not compromising data accuracy and quality.

  • A team player with positive attitude, willing to learn and proactive in fulfilling work assigned.
