Job description

Family Nexus @ Our Tampines Hub (FamNex@OTH) is a one‐stop wellness hub to integrate health and social services for families. It hosts self-help resources for families, consultation rooms for health and social services, as well as activity spaces for conducting group activities for children, couples and families.


You will be based at FamNex@OTH and play a key role in engaging families and caregivers residing in the eastern region and connect them to services, activities and resources to support their health and social care needs.

You will provide support to ensure smooth operations within FamNex@OTH. You will also support the implementation of FamNex@OTH, such as working closely with health and social care providers to ensure the preparation and smooth execution of services and activities. You will also assist in data collection, reporting of key performance indicators and coordinating and supporting other operational activities such as meetings and writing of reports. Additional duties may be assigned by your supervisor as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline or equivalent, combined with two years of administrative experience
  • Strong communication and people engagement skills
  • Proven organisational and coordination capabilities
  • Collaborative team member who builds positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Able to commit to a 5-day work week, inclusive of 4 weekdays and Saturdays
  • Experience in health, social or community care settings would be an advantage
