Overview

Provide administrative support to medical staff in Department of Diagnostic Imaging (“DDI”)

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide support to medical staff, including managing and administering
  • Leave system approvals
  • Roster plotting
  • Clinical training sponsorship requests
  • Training and education hours
  • Claims process i.e. on-call, honorarium, clinical training and overseas travel
  • Credentials and profiles
  • HR matters such as onboarding, exit clearance and promotion documents
  • Maintaining directory and asset list
  • Any other duties as required

Minimum Requirements

  • Preferably Diploma holder or Degree holder
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in administrative duties
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite i.e. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Good interpersonal skills including communication skills, service orientation, and internal stakeholder management
  • Meticulous and organized in processes and record keeping
  • Positive work attitude and ability to work with all levels of staff
