As SingHealth prepares for the implementation of the Next Generation Electronic Medical Record (NGEMR) system, our Digital Health Readiness (DHR) team plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery. The Senior/Associate Executive will provide comprehensive administrative support to the DHR team, including coordinating events, managing stakeholder communications, and maintaining various administrative systems to ensure smooth implementation of change management initiatives.

Your job responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate, schedule and provide administrative support for meetings, workshops, training sessions and events, including sending invites, logistics preparation and management as well as participant tracking
  • Maintain accurate records of change plans, communications, training attendance, and stakeholder feedback
  • Update and maintain stakeholder contact databases and communication platforms
  • Support basic report generation and status tracking for the DHR team
  • Serve as first point of contact for staff enquiries about change events, schedules, or training
  • Liaise with senior management offices, HODs, divisional staff, and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and maintain appointment letters and administrative documentation
  • Manage and track feedback from stakeholder engagement activities
  • Provide secretarial support to the Digital Health Readiness team

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business, Healthcare related studies, or related fields with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in M365 applications will be an advantage
  • Excellent organisational skills with ability to multitask, work under pressure and within tight timelines
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
