About Department and Purpose of the Position

The (Senior) Associate Executive - Communications is responsible to work alongside a group of passionate professionals in a supportive and innovative environment, to make a real impact in healthcare communications. You will play a key role in supporting the officers to promote the NUH brand as Singapore’s Leading University Hospital, engaging diverse stakeholders and driving impactful campaigns that showcase the hospital’s values and achievements.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Procurement of services and supplies (Sourcing Request, raising of e-Purchase Requisition based on specifications provided by officers-in-charge and processing of invoices
  • Filing and documentation, housekeeping of shared drive, maintenance/ records of office equipment, asset tagging and disposal
  • Manage calendar and coordinate meetings
  • Support corporate identity related work – includes review of name card applications, manage inventory of and sourcing of corporate gifts, corporate collateral and corporate kits and manage end-user requests for gifts
  • Support on-site projects - includes update and maintain schedule and content for platforms under the care of the department e.g. lift poster walls, TV screens; maintenance of TVs and poster frames; liaising with departments on approvals for permit to work, supervision of wall mural installations (which can be after office hours)
  • Support volunteers’ program - includes process of applications, preparation of nametags and liaising with volunteers, admin and logistics support for volunteer events
  • Logistics support for corporate visits and events
  • Any other assigned duties

Key Requirements

  • Diploma from a recognized institution
  • At least 5 years of experience in administrative/project management duties
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in large organizations and fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Adaptable and able to multi-task.
  • A team player
  • Proficient in MS Office software
  • Working knowledge of content management systems, such as SharePoint.
  • Experience in graphic design is a plus.
