Job description

This role offers a unique opportunity to support the strategic planning and development of Allied Health services at EGH. You will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to EGH's Allied Health leadership. Your responsibilities will encompass planning, budgeting, organising, and coordinating Allied Health administrative and operational activities.

Working in close collaboration with Allied Health Leads, managers, Human Resource teams, and other key stakeholders, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of EGH's Allied Health administration. This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in healthcare administration while working alongside diverse healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in secretarial support
  • Well versed in IT skills such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Knowledge and skills in project management, process planning and budgeting would be a strong advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
  • A good team player who is able to work independently
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to challenging conditions.
