A leading health cooperative is seeking a dynamic digital marketing and communications candidate to enhance its brand presence and engage target audiences. You will be responsible for driving digital marketing strategies, managing media relations, and event management, while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
We are seeking a dynamic digital marketing and communications candidate to join our team. The candidate will support the marketing and communications needs of business units, and drive organisation-wide digital marketing strategies that enhance NTUC Health's brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Communications:
Create and execute integrated marketing communications plans that align with business objectives and target audiences.
Oversee the development of marketing collateral, ensuring high-quality and brand-aligned outputs.
Digital Marketing:
Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and online advertising.
Analyse digital marketing performance and provide insights for optimisation and improvement.
Media Relations:
Develop and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders.
Manage PR_ campaigns, media releases, interviews and proactively pitch media stories
Event Management:
Plan and execute corporate events
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event delivery.
Brand Management:
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visuals across all marketing channels and materials.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, marketing and corporate communications, and a passion for the community care sector. He/she will account manage business units in the organisation, providing direction and support on marketing and communications, to help them to achieve their business objectives. The candidate should be resourceful and driven; able to work both independently and as part of a larger team. He/she should also be outcome and detail oriented.
Degree from a recognised university. Specialisation in digital marketing would be an advantage
Experience in digital marketing and marketing communications is required.
