The Projects (Engagement) team is a dynamic and results-driven unit within Regional Marketing, leading the content businesses – livestream and short video – for Shopee. Our mission is to strategically design, develop, and execute high-impact commercial programs that optimise demand generation, enhance supply, and achieve sustainable profitability across all our markets in Asia and Brazil.
Job Description:
Commercial program design: Identify, design and build business levers to support the growth of Content Commerce, via demand generation, supply improvement, while balancing topline and profitability targets
Business outcome forecasting: Model and forecast the corresponding uplift of the programs, present and justify with senior management on the priority of the projects
Program and product rollout: Work with local counterparts to design and rollout content commerce improvement projects
Product design: Work with product managers to design and prioritise features that can better serve the business needs
Performance monitoring: Monitor the performance closely post implementation, and solve roadblocks along the way
Requirements:
At least Bachelor’s Degree in any field
At least 2 years of experience in a high-performing organisation or as a special project role
Previous experience in B2C internet/e-commerce marketing or growth-stage startups is a plus
Strong analytical skills, proficient with Excel and/ or Google sheets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient with senior stakeholder-facing presentation deck making
Prior experience with product management is a plus
Fluency in English and an additional Southeast Asian language (optional) to communicate with regional market stakeholders.
