We are seeking future team members for our Transfer Agency Investor Services operations team in Singapore, in HYBRID positions.

In this role, you'll make an impact by:

• Gaining an in-depth understanding of Private Equity, Hedge, Real Estate/Hybrid funds, with associated application/system expertise preferred.
• Leading client onboarding and internal conversions for Alternatives Investor Solutions, working closely and independently with clients and front office teams.
• Assisting management in daily operations and serving as an escalation point for key clients.
• Providing oversight on partner locations and ensuring client deliverables are met.
• Reviewing processes and procedures to keep organizational records up to date.
• Applying key controls and processes to identify potential risks.
• Analyzing business data to identify trends and improve service delivery.
• Participating in client service reviews and representing the firm in person or virtually.
• No direct reports; guiding less experienced team members as needed and contributing to team objectives.

Qualifications we are interested in:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 5-7 years of work experience, preferably in transfer agency operations.
• Proficiency in Japanese and Mandarin languages is an advantage to support client segments.
