Associate Executive / Senior Associate (Cancer Education & Information Service)

You will provide administrative support in the daily operations of the Cancer Education & Information Service department. Your duties will include:

  • Assist in logistics planning and preparation of the cancer education programmes, events and webinars for the public and patients
  • Perform data entry, and maintain a systematic database and filing system
  • Provide secretarial support such as meeting co-ordination and recording minutes
  • General office support in office supplies, book-keeping, inventory fixed assets, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration or Mass Communication or equivalent with 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Good written, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated team player with good organisation and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work flexible hours to carry out projects and events within timeline
