  • Submit patient claims to CPF for bill settlement and follow up on claims.
  • Escalate pertinent incidents and problems encountered.

About the Role

As a Senior Associate / Associate Executive, you are responsible in assisting with the establishment and implementation of policies, procedures and internal controls, in relation to patient billing, processing of bills, submissions, liaising with other departments and any ad-hoc duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing and generating accurate bills to be sent to patients / third-party payers
  • Submitting patients’ claims to CPF for settlement of bills and following up with claims returned by CPF board
  • Escalate any pertinent incidents and problems encountered
  • Perform any other duties as assigned accordingly by Supervisor
Job Requirements
  • Fresh Diploma; OR GCE N / O / A / NITEC / Higher NITEC / WSQ Cert in Healthcare (Operations) with 6 years’ experience and demonstrated competency
  • Experience in Customer Service and demonstrated competency
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrates good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills, and a team-player
