Responsibilities

The DBS Chief Investment Office (CIO) is seeking a Content Management Specialist with strong writing skills to join the CIO Content Management team. The candidate will be responsible for editing and publishing investment-related content, and curating that content into different formats across multiple platforms to drive client engagement. This role will work closely with the investment strategists from the Chief Investment Office, as well as our digital, marketing, communications, and product teams.

The successful candidate is innovative, nimble, and self-motivated, and has substantial knowledge of all forms of digital content and social media trends.

  • Write, edit, format and publish content across a range of mediums – long-form editorial, video and infographics
  • Originate and publish traditional and non-traditional investment-related write-ups on a regular basis
  • Optimise content distribution across digital channels including web, eDMs, and app
  • Utilise content management tools and systems to publish content across different platforms
  • Enable CIO content across strategic communication and digital initiatives
  • Develop and adapt content amplification strategies across earned, paid, and owned media
  • Host and run regional meetings for the private banking segment
  • Support ad-hoc projects such as fund launches
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive projects and timelines across a matrixed organisation
  • Work with external agencies to align creative vision and manage timelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, English, Literature, Communications, or other relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience, with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Experience in content creation or editorial roles is preferred.
  • Ability to understand and translate complex concepts into clear, concise, impactful communications
  • Creative problem solver with keen attention to detail and quality
  • Strong MS Office Skills
  • Working knowledge of Content Management Systems, search engine optimisation, Google Analytics, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and HTML
  • Experience in using customer data/insights to inform distribution strategy
