Duties & Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deeply understand current and future hiring needs.
  • Design and implement creative, data-driven sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process – from job scoping, sourcing, and interviewing, to offer management and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for critical roles and emerging needs.
  • Provide regular hiring updates, dashboards, and insights to key stakeholders for informed decision-making.

Employer Branding

  • Be a key ambassador of our employer brand – online, offline, and everywhere in between.
  • Plan and execute integrated Employer Branding campaigns across social media, job boards, and career platforms.
  • Support recruitment marketing initiatives, EVP storytelling, and employee advocacy programmes.
  • Represent the organisation at career fairs, campus events, and networking sessions.

Employee Experience

  • Collaborate across HR functions to support initiatives that elevate the employee journey – from onboarding to engagement and retention.
  • Contribute to the development of feedback loops, surveys, and recognition initiatives that drive a culture of belonging and growth.

Skills & Experience

  • 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to Employer Branding or Employee Experience being a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to source and engage candidates through creative channels, including social media, professional networks, and events.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – written, verbal, and visual.
  • Meticulous, highly organised, and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working independently while thriving in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about people, culture, and creating a workplace where everyone feels they belong.
