Duties & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deeply understand current and future hiring needs.
Design and implement creative, data-driven sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process – from job scoping, sourcing, and interviewing, to offer management and onboarding.
Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for critical roles and emerging needs.
Provide regular hiring updates, dashboards, and insights to key stakeholders for informed decision-making.
Employer Branding
Be a key ambassador of our employer brand – online, offline, and everywhere in between.
Plan and execute integrated Employer Branding campaigns across social media, job boards, and career platforms.
Support recruitment marketing initiatives, EVP storytelling, and employee advocacy programmes.
Represent the organisation at career fairs, campus events, and networking sessions.
Employee Experience
Collaborate across HR functions to support initiatives that elevate the employee journey – from onboarding to engagement and retention.
Contribute to the development of feedback loops, surveys, and recognition initiatives that drive a culture of belonging and growth.
Skills & Experience
2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to Employer Branding or Employee Experience being a strong advantage.
Proven ability to source and engage candidates through creative channels, including social media, professional networks, and events.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – written, verbal, and visual.
Meticulous, highly organised, and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable working independently while thriving in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
