Job Responsibilities:
Talent outreach:
Lead and coordinate the talent outreach planning and organization, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with outreach objectives.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage all outreach operations (eDMs, resources, vendors, budget, invitations, etc.).
Implement new ideas to enhance future outreach events and improve attendee experiences.
Training:
Develop and implement IME’s Semiconductor Training and Education Centre’s (STEC) training strategies to ensure alignment with the organization’s goals.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to organize training classes.
Provide administrative support for staff functional training and track training-related budgets.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as projects management, business administration, education and related field.
At least 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in outreach coordination and training administration.
Familiarity with project management and the microelectronics or semiconductor industry is an advantage.
Experience working with internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors, resource partners, and training providers.
Knowledge and experience in digital content design and creation using tools like Canva, Photoshop, and other creation software.
Proactive, creative, responsive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work efficiently across shifting priorities and tight timelines, aiming to deliver best-in-class service, quality, and accuracy.
High degree of confidence, adaptability, and professionalism when interacting and communicating with partners, government agencies, industry leaders, and educational institutions.
