Job summary

Certis is seeking a proactive project coordinator in Singapore to manage assigned projects across stakeholders, drive digitalization efforts, and deliver regular progress updates. A engineering/IT background is preferred, with experience in security operations seen as advantageous.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office tools and a willingness to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in Security Operations is advantageous.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Strong analytical, meticulous, problem-solving, and creative solution skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and a team player.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Power Apps and Power BI knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project sponsors and leaders to manage and realize all assigned projects.
• Coordinate promptly with external stakeholders such as Corporate Departments and internal stakeholders including the Operations Team and support units necessary for project completion.
• Prepare regular updates for stakeholders and management.
• Create presentations to update stakeholders on project concepts and progress.
• Manage projects involving digitalization, with knowledge in Technology/IT being an advantage.
• Perform administrative duties, coordinate meetings, write minutes, and handle any other assigned tasks.
