Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in electronics, electrical, mechanical, mechatronics or IT/engineering.
• Experience with CMMS and facility management domain preferred.
• Ability to work under time pressure and independently.
• Experience in software development projects (1+ year).

Responsibilities

• Conduct user training on the CMMS system.
• Perform internal audits on system utilization and SOP compliance.
• Perform data validation and corrective actions for new projects.
• Assist in system support for operation teams.
• Lead or assist IT systems/projects implementations for the business unit.
• Use digital systems and tools to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Duties & Responsibilities

As part of the Certis Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Business Unit's multi-disciplinary team, you will support the BU's drive towards smart facilities management and integration of full suite of FM operations and services. You will be tasked to contribute to the design and implementation of bespoke solutions jointly with the in-house Engineering and Technology partners.

• Conduct user training on Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS);
• Perform internal audit on system utilization and SOP compliance;
• Perform data validation and corrective measure for new project;
• Assist in system support for the operation teams;
• Lead and/or assist implementation of IT systems/projects for the business unit;
• Able to use digital systems and tools (e.g. Security+/Mozart orchestration platform, mobile-enabled facility mgmt tools etc.) to perform healthy building and infrastructure operations while also reducing costs, improving productivity and boosting sustainability; and
• Any other duties assigned.

Skills & Experience

• Good organization skills.
• Able to work effectively under time pressure.
• Able to work independently and manage relationships in a matrix environment.
• Preferably has experience in the following areas:
  • 1. >1 year experience in software development projects.
  • 2. Experience with Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • 3. Domain knowledge in Facility Management.
• Diploma or Degree in the following areas - Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering OR Equivalent IT/ Engineering qualifications.
• Awareness of different digital systems and tools in the field of real estate, property & facilities management (e.g. Security+/Mozart orchestration platform, mobile-enabled facility mgmt tools etc.)
