As aSenior Tax Associate, you will be instrumental in managing and advising clients on a wide range of tax matters, ensuring adherence to local tax regulations. Reporting to the Tax Manager/Director, your responsibilities will include—but are not limited to—preparing tax filings, compiling data for tax reviews, and conducting in-depth tax research. Staying current with evolving tax laws and trends is essential, as is the ability to recommend compliant, strategic tax solutions. Your key objective is to support clients in meeting regulatory requirements while minimizing tax liabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure client compliance with all tax regulations, including corporate and individual tax requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive tax computations for individuals, sole proprietors, partnerships, corporations, and withholding taxes across a client portfolio.
• Deliver high-quality tax services within established deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, manage expectations, and provide exceptional service.
• Promote continuous improvement by providing feedback on current processes and identifying opportunities for efficiency and service enhancement.
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments to support client needs.
• Mentor and support the development of new team members.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• A degree in Accounting or Taxation, or a professional qualification recognized by the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants or the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals.
• Over 3 years of relevant experience in Singapore tax.
• Strong technical knowledge of Singapore tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and confident in managing responsibilities independently.
