Role and Job Description

Senior Associate / Assistant Manager – Corporate Finance


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support the team in execution of corporate finance transactions including IPOs/RTOs, other capital raising exercises, corporate actions and fairness opinions
  • Maintain high standards of documentation throughout the course of due diligence
  • Coordinate with clients and other professionals
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on companies/industries/markets
  • Prepare presentation materials for deal origination and business development

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Law or other comparable qualifications with up to 3 years of experience
  • Ability to demonstrate attention to details
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that would require managing multiple priorities and needs of stakeholders, as well as the agility to respond to changes and developments.
  • Strong project and time management skills with high level of initiative and ownership
  • Strong articulation and written skills
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg and relevant knowledge in listing rules is a plus
  • Prior work experience in audit and corporate finance advisory is a plus
