The ideal candidate will support corporate finance transactions like IPOs and manage documentation while coordinating with clients. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is required, along with strong project management and communication skills. Familiarity with Bloomberg and prior experience in audit or advisory roles is advantageous.

Role and Job Description
Senior Associate / Assistant Manager – Corporate Finance
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist and support the team in execution of corporate finance transactions including IPOs/RTOs, other capital raising exercises, corporate actions and fairness opinions
· Maintain high standards of documentation throughout the course of due diligence
· Coordinate with clients and other professionals
· Conduct in-depth research and analysis on companies/industries/markets
· Prepare presentation materials for deal origination and business development
Requirements:
· Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Law or other comparable qualifications with up to 3 years of experience
· Ability to demonstrate attention to details
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that would require managing multiple priorities and needs of stakeholders, as well as the agility to respond to changes and developments.
· Strong project and time management skills with high level of initiative and ownership
· Strong articulation and written skills
· Familiarity with Bloomberg and relevant knowledge in listing rules is a plus
· Prior work experience in audit and corporate finance advisory is a plus
