You will be tasked with conducting thorough research on accounts, identifying key decision-makers in targeted leads, and initiating the prospecting process.To excel in this role, you will need to source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and email campaigns. Leveraging The Smart Cube's solutions, collateral, and credentials, you will engage in meaningful conversations with targeted companies, serving as the initial point of contact with clients. Your aim will be to provide essential information on our solutions, nurturing leads into prospects, and routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales personnel for further development and closure.It is essential to maintain and expand your prospect database within the designated territory continuously. Throughout these activities, you must adhere to GDPR regulations and other company policies and procedures to ensure ethical and compliant practices.The ideal candidate for this position must possess a keen interest in sales, demonstrating dynamism, energy, and perseverance. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are crucial, particularly when engaging with prospects at various organizational levels. Proficiency in conducting online research and organizing large volumes of data is necessary. A proactive approach to work, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a foundational understanding of business concepts within specific industry verticals are key attributes.Candidates should hold an MBA in Marketing or a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, along with 3-6 years of relevant work experience in a similar role and industry. Additionally, the role requires flexibility to work within the UK timezone (2 PM IST to 11 PM IST).
