Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in investor relations, financial communications, or corporate communications.
• Excellent content development and copywriting skills including press releases, annual reports, and speeches.
• Strong media and investor engagement skills with ability to build relationships with investors and analysts.
• Fast learner, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• Good financial literacy; able to read financial statements and interpret key figures.
• Knowledge of capital markets and corporate finance is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with social media and digital channels.
• Well organised with the ability to manage multiple client assignments and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Role Description

The Senior Associate will plan and execute corporate and financial communications programmes for a portfolio of clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities include developing investor relations and media strategies, and drafting press releases, corporate announcements, presentations, and other communications materials. The Senior Associate will manage day-to-day client servicing, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and support media briefings, investor meetings, and corporate roadshows. The role also involves monitoring market and industry news, evaluating communications outcomes, and recommending strategies to strengthen client positioning and reputation.

The Senior Associate will contribute to team knowledge sharing, mentor junior colleagues, and uphold the firm’s standards of service and professionalism.

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in investor relations, financial communications, or corporate communications.
• Excellent content development and copywriting skills, including writing and editing press releases, annual and sustainability reports, investor presentations, website content, and C-suite speeches.
• Strong media and investor engagement skills, from creative and targeted media pitches to good networking skills to build relationships with investors and analysts.
• A fast learner who is resourceful and able to work independently.
• Good financial literacy, including the ability to read financial statements and interpret key figures.
• Degree in Communications, Business, Finance, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field. Knowledge of capital markets and corporate finance is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media and digital communications channels.
• Well organised, able to manage multiple client assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.
