As a Senior Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient administration and smooth operation of the project office. You will assist the Project Manager in implementing Project Management Office (PMO) procedures throughout the project life cycle, ensuring that all project tasks are executed efficiently. Additionally, you will support project administrative, procurement activities, project billing and coordinate with external auditor for annual spares audit. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining project documentation and supporting day-to-day project activities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with internal processes such as raising Vendor Quotation System (VQS), Purchase Requisition (PR), Billing Request (BR) and other necessary processes for the project to run smoothly.
  • Application and renewal of security passes (SATCC, Airport) for staffs, vendors and contractors.
  • Coordinate with external auditor for annual spares audit.
  • Any other miscellaneous administrative tasks delegated

Requirements

  • 1-3 Years administrative experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Time management and multitasking abilities
