We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Patient Financial Services team. In this role, you will support the planning and design of the patient’s financial journey, while ensuring alignment with MOH policies and identifying process improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdepartmental and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence towards patient billing and the transformation journey.
• Develop and operationalise Patient Financial Services related processes, including working with other institutions, for the preparation of the opening of Eastern General Hospital.
• Manage timely and accurate billing to patient accounts.
• Participate in IT systems implementation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful implementation of IT systems.
• Provide secretariat support to various Workgroups and Committees as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent with minimum 4 years of related working experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with robotic process automation tools (UiPath) and data analytics tools such as Tableau is desirable.
• Team player with the ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relationships.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and a growing organisation.
• Systematic and meticulous.
• Ability to handle complex, ambiguous and challenging situations under fast-paced and evolving conditions.
