As a Senior Assistant Manager, Medical Affairs (Medicolegal), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Implement and oversee risk management strategies for medico-legal cases and clinical complaints to ensure timely and effective resolution.

  • Lead and manage the investigation and follow-up of medico-legal cases, clinical incidents, and patient complaints.

  • Coordinate and administer the medical malpractice insurance programme, including renewals and claims processes.

  • Champion medico-legal education and communications efforts to raise awareness of legal risks, regulatory updates, and industry best practices among clinical teams.

  • Act as the Secretariat for the Clinical Care Review Committee (CCRC), supporting case reviews and committee activities.

  • Drive special projects or initiatives aimed at enhancing the standard of clinical care

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university.

  • Proven track record in managing medico-legal cases, clinical complaints, or risk management within a healthcare or legal setting.
