Responsibilities
  • To execute risk management plans for medico-legal cases and clinical complaints to ensure effective resolution for the organization.
  • To undertake specific tasks or projects that will promote good clinical care in the hospital.
  • Manage medico-legal cases and clinical complaints to ensure effective resolution.
  • Manage claims process and coordinate the renewal and administration of medical malpractice coverage for the organization.
  • Drive the ML education and communication arm to increase awareness of the latest industry trends and issues.
  • Serve as a Secretariat to Clinical Care Review Committee (CCRC).
  • Manage ad hoc projects.
Requirements
  • A good basic degree from a reputable university.
  • Focused and motivated individual with relevant experience in case reviews and management of complaints.
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
  • Keen eye for details and a curious mind to deep-dive into issues.
  • Excellent follow-up capabilities, ability to prioritize and handle several projects simultaneously.
  • Skillfulness in handling people from different levels, backgrounds, and personalities.
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management skills, including the ability to negotiate, inform about risk, and influence to gain alignment and agreement.
