A leading company is seeking a Data Analytics and Strategy professional to drive analytics initiatives in healthcare. The ideal candidate will develop and implement data analytics strategies, ensure data quality, and oversee compliance with national standards. With a focus on predictive modeling and machine learning, this role requires strong programming skills and experience in advanced data visualization. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and at least 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analytics & Strategy
Develop/implement data analytics strategies, automated pipelines and ETL processes
Clean/preprocess and validate data; apply statistical analysis on datasets
Create interactive dashboards and analytical tools
Develop predictive models and implement machine learning solutions
Integrate PROMs into workflows; optimize pathways with LLMs
Data Quality & Monitoring
Monitor data integrity; implement validation processes and quality checks
Identify trends; prepare stakeholder reports, and ensure accessible and intuitive data visualizations
Data Governance & Protection
Ensure institutional/national compliance
Implement security/access controls
Manage data privacy, quality and standardization
Ensure responsible AI implementation and LLM usage
Note: Role scope and compensation commensurate with grade/experience.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics or related field); Master's degree preferred
Minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare analytics or related field with at least 2-3 years of leadership experience preferred
Skills preferred: advanced proficiency in programming languages, data visualisation tools, cloud-based analytic platforms preferably Databricks, statistical techniques and data mining methods, containerisation technologies (Docker and Kubernetes), database concepts, FastAPI or equivalent REST API frameworks, Git version control and collaborative development, CI/CD and DevSecOps practices,
Experience preferred: implementation and fine-tuning of AI models (LLMs and healthcare applications), cloud computing platforms (AWS), web development frameworks, handling of large datasets, database management tools
Strong understanding of healthcare systems /medical terminology, and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Proven track record in stakeholder management and project delivery
Strong communication, presentation, analytical/problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail
A team player and can also work independently
