Job description

Key Responsibilities

We seek a suitable Communication candidate tojoin the Regional Health System Office (RHSO) to:

  • Assist to develop and execute the overarching communications strategy to brand and create awareness and increase participation in NUHS’ population health objectives and initiatives and increase participation in RHS population health efforts, programmes, and events.

  • Assist to plan and develop and manage collaterals like brochures, posters, video, digital media platforms, etc.

  • Assist to plan and develop and manage the media/ crises engagement plan.

  • Support to plan and develop collaterals and platforms to generate publicity and awareness for RHS’ events.

  • Undertake relevant administrative duties related to the team and projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Communications, P.R, Journalism or related fields

  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.

  • Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous.

  • Experience in the Singapore healthcare system advantageous but not mandatory.

  • Good knowledge effective communication channels and tools.

  • Good working knowledge of integrated communication practices and techniques; creative, able to think out of the box and explore new channels of outreach & messaging to build brand awareness, loyalty and experience.

  • Articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Able to handle multiple projects, able to multitask and work well under pressure.

  • Excellent organisational abilities, and able to work collaboratively as well as independently

  • Adept in people skills to foster buy-in and collaboration.
