Overview

To lead and manage a team to functional Screening Operations. The role includes but is not limited to ensuring smooth running of operations at Functional Screening events, monitoring and tracking programme KPIs to ensure KPIs are achieved, and reviewing and updating policy on a timely basis.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and implement community screening programme (functional screening)
• Manage the follow up of the functional screening team with clinical teams
• Manage data of the community screening programme (functional screening)
• Manage community health screening team (functional screening)
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare
• Good verbal and written communication skills
