The Senior Assistant Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, leads the business unit’s financial planning activities, operational finance oversight, and financial governance support. The role strengthens its financial performance through structured analysis, operational visibility, financial controls, and risk identification. It also focuses on performance monitoring, ensuring completeness of revenue, compliance with institutional and external requirements, and supporting informed decision-making for the senior leadership team. This role complements the Finance Business Partner by managing execution, planning cycles, policy impact assessment, and communication of financial implications. This enables the Finance Business Partner to lead higher-level planning, intra-university initiatives, and strategic transformation efforts.
