Senior/ Assistant Manager, Finance Analytics (2 Years Contract)

Job Responsibilities

• Support Finance Analytics projects related to Healthcare.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive Finance Database.
• Apply advanced statistical modelling, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML) techniques to derive insights from data.
• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyse model performance and data accuracy.
• Evaluate data management, data quality, and data gaps and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Present financial data insights to key stakeholders.
• Support automation and streamlining of financial reporting processes.

Job Requirements

• Master or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Analytics.
• At least 2 years of relevant data science experience in an established organisation.
• Proficient in at least one of the statistical tools/language (R, SAS, STATA).
• Experience creating and managing Databases.
• Resourceful, independent, meticulous, strong analytical mind, and eye for detail.
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
• Proactive and good team player.
• Experience in healthcare industry, management accounting, or data analytics is an added advantage.
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
