Job summary

A healthcare institution in Singapore is looking for a Senior/Assistant Manager for Family Medicine Development on a 1-year contract. Senior/ Assistant Manager, Family Medicine Development (1-year contract)

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to manage the planning, executing and ground coordination of assigned research programme(s) and projects.
  • Manage approved funding and expenditure, including corresponding with funder, handling purchases and tracking of budget utilisation.
  • Provide support in grant processing/claims, facilitate grant verification and variation submissions.
  • Monitor progress of the projects and coordinate regular review meeting with the project team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparation of relevant reports/ presentations/ materials.
  • Assist Investigators with required research administration (e.g. Institutional Review Board application, draft and review research agreements).
  • Assist with research subject recruitment, including consent taking and handling queries by research subjects.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of study record according to research compliance, protocols and regulations.
  • Manage research data and assist with data extraction and data cleaning.
  • Support organisational projects and events.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Life Science discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in clinical/primary care research.
  • Knowledgeable in Good Clinical Practice, research ethics, clinical trials and regulatory affairs.
  • Resourceful and possess strong administrative and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
  • Knowledge in Oracle Business Intelligence will be an advantage.
