Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee, coordinate, and monitor the recruitment, onboarding, promotion, and exit processes for specialists, non-specialists, and visiting medical professionals.
  • Manage the planning and approval processes for clinical training applications, sponsorships, and honorarium arrangements.
  • Handle approvals within the HR system and support the planning activities of the roster management team.
  • Maintain and track training hours, credentialing, and privileging requirements essential for continued medical practice.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and departure procedures for foreign clinical fellows.
  • Provide operational support for clinical activities, including tracking worklists, ensuring follow-ups, and assisting with audits.
  • Prepare reports on medical manpower, training, sponsorships, and productivity for senior leaders such as the Head of Department, Clinical Director, and Head of Operations and Planning.
  • Plan and coordinate departmental clinical workshops and events.
  • Manage general office administrative duties such as maintaining the staff directory and asset inventory.

  • Excellent internal stakeholder management, strong service mindset, and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to understand the context of clinical services and navigate hospital and regulatory frameworks.
  • Preferably a university degree.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative roles.
  • Solid understanding of clinical, hospital, and regulatory processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and processes.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work well with colleagues at all levels
