Job Responsibilities:

User Support and Management:

  • Assist with training and coordination of system-related events.

System Support, Maintenance, and Management:

  • Additionally, coordinate and conduct scheduled functionality checks, routine system maintenance, and provide support for system- and process-related audit activities.

Grant Management and Research-Related Activities:

  • Engage in end-to-end grant management processes to gain a comprehensive understanding of the workflows involved. This familiarity will enhance your ability to provide effective functional support for research systems.

  • You will also participate in other research-related office activities to ensure a cohesive approach in supporting the NTU research community.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong interest in IT system support and management.

  • Fast learner who is comfortable navigating and using specialized IT systems.

  • Quick-thinking, resilient, and resourceful, with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous environments.
