About The Role (3-months temporary senior assistant manager)
- Perform audits on Human Resource.
- Coordinate responses for HR to tackle recommendations made by audit teams.
- Coordinate the HR Annual Policy Review Exercise.
- Collaborate with HR Centre of Excellence to develop Standard Operating Processes.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
What We Are Looking For
- Degree in Finance, Auditor Compliance, with 2-5 years of relevant experience being advantageous.
- Experience in developing Standard Operating Processes and data analytics tools (Tableau).
- Extensive knowledge of internal audit processes.
- Able to manage many projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong data analytics skills.
