About The Role (3-months temporary senior assistant manager)

  • Perform audits on Human Resource.
  • Coordinate responses for HR to tackle recommendations made by audit teams.
  • Coordinate the HR Annual Policy Review Exercise.
  • Collaborate with HR Centre of Excellence to develop Standard Operating Processes.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

What We Are Looking For

  • Degree in Finance, Auditor Compliance, with 2-5 years of relevant experience being advantageous.
  • Experience in developing Standard Operating Processes and data analytics tools (Tableau).
  • Extensive knowledge of internal audit processes.
  • Able to manage many projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong data analytics skills.
