About Digital Capability & Innovation Department:

A digitally empowered Fei Yue — leveraging digital capabilities, innovation, and data-driven insights to enhance service effectiveness, drive transformation, and scale adaptive, people-centric solutions in a connected and evolving ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. IT Procurement & Contract Management
    • Coordinate and manage procurement activities for IT equipment and services (e.g. End User Computing Devices (EUCD), connectivity services, peripherals).
    • Liaise with vendors, obtain quotations, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
    • Track contract deliverables, renewal timelines, and vendor performance.
    • Support evaluation processes and maintain documentation for audits and reporting.
  2. IT Asset Management
    • Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets including issuance, movement, return, and disposal.
    • Ensure assets are tagged, documented, and maintained according to organizational policies.
    • Generate reports for internal reviews and audits.
  3. End-User Support (as needed)
    • Provide Level 1 IT Helpdesk support (e.g., password resets, printer issues, software installation).
    • Assist in basic web application troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 support.
    • Support onboarding and offboarding processes from an IT perspective.
  4. Others
    • Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum a Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Experience:

  • At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience preferred.
  • Candidates with less experience but relevant internship or project exposure may be considered.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Good understanding of IT procurement and contract administration processes.
  • Familiarity with IT asset lifecycle management.
  • Basic knowledge of networking, IT systems, and software tools.
  • Hands-on experience with common Microsoft tools (e.g., Excel, SharePoint).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with vendors and supporting end-users.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with good documentation habits.
  • A customer-centric mindset and willingness to learn.
