Job description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant, Finance to support the financial operations of the Company by ensuring accuracy and efficiency in accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is an independent, detail-oriented, and proactive professional who possesses sound accounting knowledge and can work with minimal supervision. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners, and includes administrative support to maintain smooth financial processes across the organization.

Job Description

  • Prepare financial reports, including daily and weekly sales reports, and AR aging reports
  • Generate and send AR statements to customers
  • Issue Credit Notes and Debit Notes as required
  • Process AP payments and ensure timely settlement of invoices
  • Perform AP invoice entry and payment recording in the accounting system
  • Support general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, or similar)
  • Good understanding of AP/AR processes and basic accounting principles
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Only Singaporean or SPR are eligible to apply for this position

  • Mon – Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm), Alternate Sat (8.30am – 12.30pm)
  • Transport provided at Yew Tee MRT Station / Admiralty MRT Station
