Ce rôle nécessite au moins 10 ans d'expérience en leasing et une solide compétence en négociation.
This position is responsible for real estate portfolio management and leasing transactions with landlords. The role oversees lease negotiations, internal approvals, and day-to-day transaction tracking, including monitoring critical dates on lease expiries and aligning with Planners. The role also leads the SIMS system rollout to enhance data management and reporting.
Portfolio Management: Manage lease transactions with landlords, including negotiations, legal documentation, and coordination with legal. Monitor critical lease milestones to ensure timely renewals, exits or options. Manage internal approval processes and ensure compliance with governance requirements.
Real Estate Transactions: Maintain lease transaction tracker to monitor progress and key dates. Provide regular updates and reports to management. Work closely with Planners through regular catch-ups to align leasing activity with space planning needs.
Rental Forecasting: Rental forecasting and update rental database with leases signed to support budget planning and reporting.
Strategic Lease Planning: Provide support in strategic lease planning, pipelining and reporting. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of lease contracts.
SIMS Project: Serve as the Person-in-Charge (PIC) for the SIMS project, ensuring successful rollout and adoption for space planning system.
